As a civilian living on a military base for the first time, I&amp;#39;m stunned by how few of my neighbors I ever see at the train station.  It seems like once I get passed &amp;quot;Bar Row&amp;quot; I&amp;#39;m in an American-free zone.  Please keep promoting more interaction and enjoy Turkey.
