I also agree with the idea of incentivizing &#39;milestones&#39; on language learning and make that available to all soldiers. The DLPT is a beast--it should be broken down to incentivize more people to start down that road to bilingual skills. <br /><br />&amp; one more thought--issue I-Pads to all DLI students.
